We are that confident our prices are the cheapest, if you find the same product else where we will beat it.

To be eligible for the Price Promise items must:

• Be available on a UK based Online Shop. We cannot match prices on non UK Web sites or Web sites that appear to be UK based but are run by companies who are based offshore to avoid paying VAT.
• Be Available for immediate despatch. If a site's delivery policy isn't clear, they probably don't hold any stock at all and you could be waiting for weeks. It's easy for companies to offer low prices on products they don't have in stock!
• Not be a lingerie item, condoms or lubricants. Sorry, but we cannot match prices on these products but we will still try to offer the cheapest prices.
• Not be on an auction site. Sorry, but we cannot match prices on auction sites, not least because it's impossible to say what the final price will be. Never mind the risks involved with such dealings...
