As our Facebook friends may already be aware we have recently launched a new and exciting competition here at BeKinky. We’re constantly looking at ways in which we can improve our site usability and overall customer satisfaction. The BeKinky-ite who comes up with what we consider to be the best suggestion will not only have their feedback acted upon, but also receive £35 worth of free sex toys as a thank you! To give you an idea of what we’re looking for, please consider the following aspects of the BeKinky experience and formulate your suggestions on any area in which you think we could improve:
Browsing
We stock literally thousands of items; from sex toys through to dressing up outfits: as such it is important to us that website visitors can easily find the products they’re after. We have attempted to put together a website layout and interface which is easy to use, effective and attractive- do you think we could change anything in order to improve any of these aspects?
Payment
It is a necessary evil that we have to charge for items (oh how we wish we could just give them away) and as such we need to take payment details. At present we give customers the option to purchase by securely entering their card details or by using PayPal. Are there any other payment options or methods you would like to see, or indeed any you think are surplus to requirements.
Products
We’re pretty confident that we offer a varied and exciting range of items and that we cater to pretty much all tastes. Are there any other products you think we should stock? Would you be more interested in sex toy bundles as opposed to stand-alone items?
Layout
We like pink, we hope you like pink! A lot of time has been spent trying to make sure that our website is pretty enough to hold attention without letting designer touches get in the way of usefulness. Would you make any changes to the way the BeKinky.co.uk website works, looks or feels?
Information
We’re in the process of adding fresh product descriptions on a continuous basis and committed to updating our blog and Facebook page as often as possible- do you think we do enough? Is there any additional information you would like to see on the website, or any content you think gets in the way of the overall usability of the website?
Features
We run competitions regularly and try to add interesting features, articles and snippets to the blog- but could we do more? Do you have any exciting ideas for new features or sections of the website?

Hi there,
I think you do a great job of advertising yourself! Do you have testers? I mean home testers, you give a customer a toy to review? I feel this is a very good way to go about getting people to give gaurentee reviews. This gives other customers a chance to see what the product is really like.

Hey,
Testers would be a top idea to get real review from real people. I wouldnt say no to some freebies! Also, what about some videos of products on the site? I rarely buy anything these days unless i see an actual video. Photographs can only tell you so much.
